Objectives Secure the effective and efficient operational and financial management of the project Facilitate the project-internal communication to ensure integration of work packages and project results Assure quality by securing internal consistency within the project, and by monitoring the effectiveness and impact of the project in relation to its goals Establishment of a project website

Description of work  Task 1: This work package will establish and implement the operational and financial management structure of the project. Internal communication structures and information flows will be established. Project progress will be monitored and evaluated. Regular interactions of the Project Steering Group and three meetings of the Consortium Assembly will be organised back-to-back with the project-internal workshops and the final conference. The meetings of the Consortium Assembly will be organised in Brussels to facilitate input from the European Commission. Task 2: A project website will be established to provide public access to all material produced by the project.
